Yes I did manage to get into where I needed to be. I like the Website, thankfully quite user-friendly. I take it that you are the "go to" person for tech difficulties? Hopefully I won't need to bother you too much. Did you design the Website? Because if you did, my compliments, I haven't actually seen one quite like it. It's clear, to the point without looking boring (and definitely not "unapproachable". The idea of clients booking their own appointments is something with which I have not to date had any experience, such a simple idea, such a fantastically clever way to a) really involve the client in their own scheduling, allowing them a sense of their own participation in the Spa, b) create a feeling of pride in the work the aestheticians have done for them, while displaying the Spa as a pleasant and client centered service, friendly no over the top stuff if you know what I mean. For myself personally it allows me to go into the Spa knowing exactly what I want, knowing I will be pleased with the results, every time, and having enjoyed the interaction with staff.

Again, thank you for making me aware that you are there if I need assistance with the Web site. I'm sure you will understand when I say I hope not to have to call on you too often, but it sure is nice knowing you "have our backs". Here's wishing everyone at Violetta's Spa the utmost success in all that they do.

Yours is far superior to what google and apple offer for this use. I have no idea how to market it better. Just google hits to get it up on the search better for starters?

Well everything is getting back to normal since the minor interruption Annie. I kind of notice a faster repsonse time to page requests as this is a good thing!

Business on my end is slow but am competing with the likes of Google and Apple and Microsoft...and they seem to be winning...
