My Next Appointment is privately operated from Canada. MyNA is hosted on dedicated rackspace in the United States of America, which provides best-in-class enterprise connectivity. The system supports online appointment solutions for businesses large and small at the city, state, national and international levels.
This software was developed throughout 2002 - 2003 and the entire system was brought online in January of 2004. Development began on this new release in the summer of 2008 to provide an online appointment solution to a wider audience under a more generic dot com.
This system incorporates the best of its predecessor with upgrades to a number of key areas, including membership forms, a more definitive error check system, and expansion and refinement of the booking interfaces. These updates are ongoing, driven primarily by user suggestions, security considerations and feature requests.
My Next Appointment is compliant with the Canadian Personal Information Protection & Electronic Documents Act, PIPED ACT. This is a Canadian legal requirement that applies equally to every person who submits personal information through this system, regardless of their country of origin.
