Linking From Your Web Site
The external link package is for those with knowledge of HTML and site design.
It allows the owner to integrate this online appointment system into their own
web site. The unique feature of this package is that all home links
within the system will point to a landing page at that owner's web site.
In your set up you will define which URL opens when one of those home links are clicked. This external package, as well as the home site package, are best suited for business owners who want to provide online client booking.

This system keeps your banner and business name in view on all pages except the client's private appointment center [PAC]. The PAC is the page which clients use to review their online bookings. Once the client has booked their first appointment then a set of your business links will be added to their PAC. At a minimum this will include links to your web site, your contact form and appointment book.
If you retain your appointment book for internal use then you are welcome to frame all pages, including the appointment book, directly in your frameset. But if you opt for online client booking then the only way to completely eliminate 3rd party cookie issues is to open those pages which require a login in a separate browser window.
The frameset will include a remote registration form, booking instructions, a remote password recovery form and your business message, but the actual booking page must replace the frameset, either by opening in a new window or by using target=_top in the href tag.
An alternate solution is to add links to your web site that point directly to these system pages. System pages include the registration page, your appointment book, your private calendar [optional] and the client's personal appointment center.
These links will be automatically inserted into your control center for reference purposes. You can then copy and paste those links directly into your site.
A third option is to opt for a home site or basic portal page and then link to that page from your site.
