The Private Appointment Center (hover your mouse over any area)
This menu appears as it would for business members but client members
do not see the Business Center link.
This menu will remain uniform for clients across each of their membership pages.
This top section displays the member's name and alerts them of
any upcoming appointments.
Clients who do not have any upcoming appointments will be provided with a convenient
link to the business appointment book.
That appointment book link will display when there are no upcoming appointments and when
the business URL prefix is intact.
This section helps members to keep their information up to date.
The EDIT button to the right will open the page to manage their membership details.
Members can change their email address on that membership details page.
The system includes a search function that will list businesses who opt for
inclusion in the search results.
Clients can search for business by city, state and keywords. The business account must be
active to be returned in the listings.
Clients cannot access private appointment systems nor can they access online appointment
systems from within the search results unless approved by the owner.
The upcoming appointment section lists all future appointments that have
been booked by the client.
The title of each entry will be linked to the business web site.
The client can sort their upcoming appointments, view the details of their appointments,
open the appointment book and contact the business.
The past appointment section lists all past appointments that have been
booked by the client. Each entry displays the same set of links as the upcoming appointment
section.
When an upcoming appointment passes in time it will be automatically moved to this section of the client's PAC.
If the owner cancels an upcoming appointment it will be moved to this past section and
marked cancelled.
These three buttons assist the client with navigation.
The javascript bookmark function is compatible with all major browsers.
Upcoming appointments can be sorted by time and date in ascending and
descending order. The total returned result can be set from 10 to 50.
The BACK and NEXT pagination links will be come
active when more than one result set is available.
Note that most clients will have only one or two upcoming appointments at any given time.
These image links will be inserted with each appointment.

A RED X will be visible to those clients
that the business has flagged as trusted.
Trusted clients can cancel their own
upcoming appointments, but none of their past appointments.
Past appointments can be sorted by time and date in ascending and descending order.
The total returned result can be set from 10 to 50.
At the bottom of the past appointment section the BACK and NEXT pagination links will be come active when more than one result set is available.
These image links will be inserted with each past appointment.

Both the DETAILS and the CANCELLED buttons have been linked to the same appointment details page.
A future appointment will be automatically moved to the past appointment section if cancelled.
The CANCELLLED button acts as a visual marker and will replace the DETAILS button if an
upcoming appointment has been cancelled.
