The Appointment Calendar (static week view ~ hover your mouse over any area)

This red title is here to alert you that only those members who you allow entry (according to your security settings) can access your calendar.

Those who operate private appointment systems with inclusive IP security settings will also be alerted that their IP security is active.
Your banner will appear at the top of the appointment calendar and other system pages.

It must be 360 x 60 pixels and it will point the browser to your web site or home page when clicked.

The image must be hosted on a secure SSL server (HTTPS) or sent to support for uploading to the MyNA server.

Note: Your business name will replace "My Next Appointment" in blue at the top of this page.

Note: The horizontal FLASH menu (above) will be replaced with a plain page title. Other links and icons will facilitate system navigation.
These upper right mini calendars assist with navigation. The center calendar will always display the current month in view, with the preceding and following months to the left and right.

The current day will be highlighted in green.

Clicking a date will open the appointment book at that date.
The appointment activity calendar will always open at the current month. The current date displayed here is for reference only and will not change as the user moves from month to month.

The date displayed will always be relative to the business time zone.
The tabs shown here are how they will appear to an owner.

For a client, the Control Center and Logout links will be replaced with links to your web site and to their private appointment center.
These arrows move the calendar forward and backward one month at a time. These icons provide quick links to system pages. These represent the following, beginning from the left to right:

Pencil - Appointment Book
Cal 17 - Business Activity Calendar
Yellow A - Private Appointment Center
Inbox - Client to Business Contact Form
House - Business Web Site
The first drop down box lists the title of each column in your appointment book.

Select a column, select month and year and then click the submit button. This will display the monthly overview of appointment data for that column.

To display the data for a different column simply select it and click the SHOW DATA button.
Each appointment entry will include the start time. Name, phone number and client email are optional when creating the appointment.

This area will also display the name of the person who booked the appointment and a SHOW or NO SHOW icon.

Keeping your appointment book up-to-date by flagging appointments as SHOW or NO SHOW is important because this information will be included in your history download files.
Only the owner and their assigned managers can see these links and access week-view. If you provide client booking then clients will not see this section of the calendar.

In the live appointment calendar you can switch to week-view by clicking one of these weeks.

Note that by clicking SHOW DATA, at the upper-right corner, you will be returned to month-view.

To see a static screen shot of month-view please close this window and follow the link "Screen Capture - Month View".
This message will be displayed if no appointments have been booked into that date. Week view will display the appointments for each day of the week.

Clicking one of these dates will open that date in the appointment book.
This section will display the type of appointment. If several types of appointments have been booked as a group then each type will be listed here.

Notes are optional when booking appointments.

In this case, the owner has booked all of the appointments. His secretary can login and book appointments and view the entire page from her own work station.
The edit link will open the appointment details page. The appointment details page includes a form to edit the client's name, phone number, email address and the appointment notes.

The details page includes links to both the calendar and to the appointment book.

This section will also include a CANCEL link for all future appointments. Past appointment entries will not display a CANCEL link.

Note that if you need to reschedule an appointment you must open the appointment book.
This set of links will let you switch week-view from one column to the next.

To move to another month you must select it from the drop down menu, click SHOW DATA, and re-enter week-view.
When clicked, the icon next to each date will display the entire column for that date.

Clicking an open time slot will open the page for booking a new appointment. The red dots indicate that time slot has passed.

Hover your mouse out of the layer or click the icon a second time to close the layer.

Please note that to conserve space and to preserve fast load times, businesses with 15 minute time intervals will instead see 30 minute time intervals in this layer. Appointments that begin on the 1/4 and 3/4 hour mark may not appear as BOOKED.
