It must be 360 x 60 pixels and it will point the browser to your web site or home page when clicked.

Note: Your business name will replace "My Next Appointment" in blue at the top of this page.
Note: The horizontal FLASH menu (above) will be replaced with your business related booking links. These upper right mini calendars assist with navigation. The center calendar will always display the current month in view, with the preceding and following months to the left and right.
The current day will be highlighted in green, while the day being viewed will appear in red.
Clicking a date in any one of these mini-calendars will move the appointment book to that date. The appointment book will always open at the current date relative to the business time zone.
The date displayed will change as the user moves from one date to the next. The tabs shown here are how they will appear to an owner.
For a client, the Control Center and Logout links will be replaced with links to your web site and to their private appointment center.
Those with more than 6 columns will have an extra tab to paginate and display additional columns.
The appointment book will display up to 6 columns per page view and will handle up to 64 columns per business. This column count will display when more than 6 columns are available for booking. An additional tab, next to "Show Current Date", will then be visible.
That additional tab will include back and forward links for paginating columns.
This system will accommodate up to 64 columns per appointment book. These icons provide quick links to system pages. These represent the following, beginning from the left to right:
Pencil - Appointment Book Cal 17 - Monthly Activity Calendar Yellow A - Private Appointment Center Inbox - Client to Business Contact Form House - Business Web SiteThis date navigation tool moves the appointment book forward and backward one day at a time.
The drop down section provides the ability to jump to any date.
If you provide online client booking then clients cannot scroll backward from your current date. They can only navigate forward and back to the current date.Columns can be named to a person or service and duplicate titles are permitted. All pages use UTF-8 character encoding which facilitates multiple character encoding (i.e. language characters).
Columns hidden from client viewing will have green highlighting and can only be seen by the owner and their assigned managers. The interface will display up to 6 columns per page view with pagination for additional columns. The weekly hours of operation are set individually by each owner and can include one lunch break at any point throughout the day. The hours of operation can be overridden for any day of the year.
Time segments can be 15, 20, 30 or 60 minute intervals. To indicate that a time slot has passed the system automatically inserts two red dots in each column. This occurs every 30 minutes or when the page is manually refreshed.
To adjust these dots forward and backward see DST ADJUSTMENT in your control center. A post in the MyNA Forum explains this adjustment in greater detail.
All times display in the time zone that has been set by the business. If you opt for online client booking then those clients who you allow entry will not see any appointment or client information in this interface. They will see either open time-slots or the word Booked.
Unlike social networking sites this system maintains absolute privacy. Clients will remain anonymous to one another. As the owner only you and your assigned managers can view client names and personal data.
When hovering on the name a tool-tip will display the booker's name, the notes, the client's phone number and the type of appointment.
Clicking a name will open the appointment details page which shows more information and a form to edit the appointment. Not only does the tool-tip display appointment information, it also contains links to flag and cancel appointments.
Arrived, cancelled and no-show information has been included in the CSV export files. CSV spreadsheet files can be downloaded per client or for an entire year.
If an email address is entered then a link that opens local email software will be displayed at the bottom-right corner. The booking process is initiated by clicking an open time slot.
This trade mark feature is what makes MyNA unique. One click sets the date, the start time and the service person.
The final step only requires selecting a service and booking the appointment. This message will only display when the business has opted for online client booking.
It is to reassure clients that their personal information will remain safe.Links in the tool-tip can be accessed by hovering onto a name with the mouse pointer.
By clicking "Rapid Cancel" the system will quickly cancel the appointment and remove it from the appointment book.
By clicking "Arrived" the interface will refresh and a happy smilie face will replace all three links in the tool-tip footer.
By clicking "No Show" the interface will refresh and a sad smilie face will replace all three links in the tool-tip footer. If a client has booked the original appointment then a contact link will appear at the bottom-left corner. In this case the link will open a business-to-client contact form.
If the owner enters an email address when booking an appointment then the link will open the user's local email software.
As the owner you can override the email address of a client-booked appointment.
If an email address is not entered by the owner then the contact link will not be displayed. The red "E" opens an appointment rescheduling form. This feature is only available to owners and managers.
The user can move the original appointment into a new time slot and edit the appointment attributes, which include the column, time and date, display name, contact number, email, notes and services.
A rescheduling reminder will be sent to the original booker and a rescheduling alert will be sent to the business.
The appointment book will refresh to the date which was being viewed. The original appointment will be cancelled and removed from the appointment book.Lunch can be set for each weekday and will be applied to all columns on that day.
