Profman.xpi is a Firefox browser extension for owners and managers and is used to quickly fill the online booking form with client data.
The addon can be populated with client information, including name, email address and phone number. Then, in the event that a client calls to book an appointment, that client's information can be inserted into the booking form with two clicks and no keyboard input.
For businesses that do provide client booking, the required information will be automatically recorded with each of their bookings. But when a client calls to book, and for owners who do not allow client booking, profman.xpi will become a valuable system asset.

profman.xpi provides an interface that will let you
store client data on your own computer.
The extension adds a fly-out menu to the Tools menu and an icon to the bottom status bar (see image at left).

Right-click the icon to add or edit client data.
Once some client data has been created simply right-click the icon to select a client profile (see image top-right).
Then, on the page that asks for a client name, phone and email address, left-click the status bar icon to populate that form.

Enter a first and last name, display name, phone
number and email address for each client. Limit the display name to 10
characters or you will distort the alignment of your appointment book.
Other client data can be included for future reference, but only display name, phone number and email address will be available as input options in the online booking form.
