- Setup Overview
- As the owner you have the option to keep your system private. With this setting only you and those in your group can access your online booking system.
- Add Managers and Locations
- Create an appointment book for additional locations and assign managers. Managers can be assigned to one or more appointment books.

- Each location can use online booking or be retained for internal use. Managers can be allowed to book across locations and owners can monitor the scheduling activity at every location.

- Owners control access with custom security settings. It only requires one click to authorize new clients and allow them access. Owners of private systems can also restrict access by IP.

- The Control Center
- Use the Control Center to set hours, name columns, add services, text and images. Manage your security settings, assign managers, send email and more!
- The Interface
- The appointment book organizes and presents data in a concise and elegant fashion. But only owners and managers can see client names and their appointment details.
- The Client View
- When clients book online they see BOOKED or open time slots. It is these two bits of data that empower clients and which let them independently confirm their scheduling choice.
- Private Appointment Center
- To compensate, clients are given free private pages where they can view their past and future appointments and manage their membership.
- Hide Columns
- Some employees can service two clients at the same time. This data can be added to the notes of an existing appointment or entered into a hidden column that clients cannot see.
- Custom Hours
- Owners set the global hours for each weekday. The day-hours can then be customized for each column. The interface will display up to six columns per page and will scroll to display any number of remaining columns.
- Double Entries
- In some cases a business will need to enter two or more appointments into the same service space. At MyNA there are three ways to do this and still keep orderly records. Read how
- Download Records
- Data security exists on many levels and includes the ability to download and store critical backup data in CSV format. These CSV files can then be imported into your own spreadsheet software.
- The Calendar
- The calendar is optional and provides two additional views:
1) week view
2) month view
Booking can begin from either of these views. 
- Month View
- Month view provides an overview of all booking activity for each column. This view is available to owners and their clients. It reduces day-scrolling when searching for an open time slot.
- Week View
- Week view lists the entire weekly schedule for each column. Week view does display the personal data of clients so it can only be accessed by owners and their managers.
- Display Tweets
- The system includes room for remote tweets. Enter your Twitter user name and the system will do the rest. Tweet managers, clients or both from any internet connection, including your phone!
- Firefox Add-ons
- Firefox users can install two add-ons to their Firefox status bar. One will store client profiles when booking call-in appts and the other will add system bookmarks to your browser's chrome.
- Phone Ready
- At MyNA there is no need to download an app to stay up-to-date. Members can login through their phone's web browser or tablet PC to view their schedule and to enter appointments.
