Page Flow : Assigning Managers
As the owner you do not want to share your login
information with anyone. So the system provides you with tools to assign managers
to your business. This could be anyone from a receptionist, a partner, a call
center or an employee.
First, have that person register as a client member and then get his or her username. In your control center go to the page titled Assign Managers and enter that username into the form.
Once assigned that person will be able to enter your business center. If you add more than one business then each manager will only see the control center link to which they have been assigned.
Owners who have created multiple appointment systems can assign managers to more than one location. This will provide world-wide managerial cross-booking between departments and locations.

Instead of seeing entries in the appointment book as a client would see them (as open or booked time slots) managers will see all appointment details and client names. Managers can add appointments, edit the appointments notes, send email to clients and cancel appointments.
There are few restrictions placed upon managers. To keep you in control of your business a manager cannot remove a business, change the subscription settings or assign other managers.
In addition, as the owner you can enter an IP range or list of IPs that will be allowed access to your private appointment system. Managers cannot access the page for setting IP-based security.
If you need to remove a manager in the future you can return to the page Assign Managers and delete the entry. It's that simple.
