Page Flow : Assigning Managers

As the owner you do not want to share your login information with anyone. So this system provides you with tools to assign managers to your business. This can be anyone from a receptionist, a partner, a call center or an employee.

First, have that person register as a manager and then ask that person for their username. In your control center go to the page titled Assign Managers and enter that username into the form.

Once assigned as a manager that person will be able to enter your business center. If you have more than one business location then each additional manager will only see the control center link(s) to which they have been assigned.

Owners with multiple appointment systems can assign managers to more than one location. This system does support secure, world-wide managerial cross-booking between locations.

Instead of seeing entries in the appointment book as a client would see them (as open or booked time slots) managers will see all appointment details and client names. Managers can add appointments, edit the appointments notes, send email to clients and cancel appointments.

There are few restrictions placed upon managers. To keep you in control of your business a manager cannot remove a business, change the subscription settings or assign other managers.

In addition, as the owner you can enter an IP range or list of IPs that will be allowed access to your private appointment system. Managers cannot access the page for setting IP-based security.

If you need to remove a manager you can return to the page Assign Managers and remove that entry.
