Each client can check upcoming appointment times and dates from within their private appointment center [PAC]. The PAC provides clients with tools that allow them to view and sort all past and future appointments.

When a client books an appointment it is recorded in their list of upcoming appointments. Each entry includes the business name, a link to the business web site, a link to the contact form, and a link to display more appointment details.

Once the appointment time has passed the entry will be moved to the past appointment section of the PAC. All past appointments include links that help the client to revisit the business web site or to re-enter the appointment book.

If the owner or trusted client cancels an upcoming appointment the entry will be moved from the client's upcoming section to their past appointment section and it will be marked cancelled.

Note: owners who opt for the Site Link Package can link directly to the PAC from their web site. Both the Portal Package and the Home Site Package already include links to the client's PAC.
